My Take:
After I read the synopsis, I knew this would be a pretty hot book. I certainly wasn't disappointed. The scenes between Talia and Alex were fucking HOT!
After reading some teasers, I went into this book thinking I would really love Will. Well, I was surprised to find that I wanted to shred my panties for Alex instead. I'm not attracted to the player type of guy, but Alex isn't all that he seems. I'm definitely intrigued about him. Will kind of ticked me off.
I think one of the biggest dilemma's I had with this book was that I get her need for variety, but the fact that her boyfriend is OK with the idea of her fucking his best friend irked me. Friends don't let friends share pussy. Am I right? Recipe for disaster right there. On that note, I will say that near the end, I had high expectations for some kinky sex and was disappointed. That particular scene, (you'll know which one I mean when you read it) really could have been orgasmic. *frowns*
The other issue I had with the book was the side story with Talia and her old boss. I really didn't think it was necessary at this point. That said, it is a series, so maybe that situation will play a bigger role in the over all story later on. We'll see.
Bottom line is that I liked this story because it was fucking hot. Despite my moral dilemma, the sex between Talia and Alex kept me at a solid panty soaker level 5 (that's the highest level). So, would I recommend this book? Fuck yes! I'm anxious to read more by this author.
